Most orders received before 11 a.m. ET Monday through Friday will be shipped the same business day.
Orders received after 11 a.m. ET or on the weekend will be shipped the next business day.

There are several reasons why an order might be delayed. Typically, delays result from order-related discrepancies. For instance, if the billing information you provide does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed. Your order may also be delayed if the billing and shipping address are not the same. Delays are typically outside Vida Shoes' control.

Delivery timeframes are dependent on order date and your location. Most orders within the contiguous United States will be delivered within 8 to 12 days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
